Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the following business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Standard shipping is free on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 incur a flat shipping fee of $10.00. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days after processing.

Tracking Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Subscription Orders Subscription orders are processed and shipped automatically on your selected billing date. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking for every renewal order.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at support@evercellx.com and we will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Evercell is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. Contact us immediately at support@evercellx.com if you need to update your address before your order ships.
