90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind Evercell X™ completely. Cellular renewal takes time — which is why our guarantee is built around a full 90-day commitment.
To be eligible for a full refund, customers must have completed a minimum of 3 monthly orders. This ensures you have given Evercell X™ the full time it needs to work at the cellular level before evaluating results.
If after 3 months you are not satisfied, contact us at support@evercellx.com with your order number and we will process a full refund of your 3 most recent orders. No questions asked.
Why 3 Orders? NAD+ works at the cellular level. Meaningful results — improved energy, mental clarity, and skin quality — typically develop between 60 and 90 days of consistent daily use. A single bottle is not enough time to evaluate the full effect of cellular renewal.
Conditions Refund eligibility requires a minimum of 3 completed orders. Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of your third order. We reserve the right to limit refunds on accounts showing patterns of abuse.
Subscriptions Subscription orders can be cancelled, paused, or modified at any time through your account dashboard before the next billing date.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item contact us at support@evercellx.com and we will send a replacement at no cost.
